Self-Defense Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Style

Being able to defend yourself with your own two hands or knowing that your child, having taken a self-defense course, has an idea of what to do if ever placed in an uncertain situation can give you piece of mind. A Mineral Wells favorite, Marconi Nascimento Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is collaborating with Clark Gardens to offer a self-defense class. In this one-hour class, participants will learn how to control larger, stronger opponents from any position one may find themselves in.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective and popular martial arts in the world. Jiu-Jitsu will help one gain confidence, learn “the secrets” to ground fighting, and build a strong mind & body.
