Whether you’re facing a major transition or simply curious about how to meet change with greater ease, this session provides a supportive and nourishing experience.
The Unwinding as You Age expert, Jane Baldwin, helps self-care enthusiasts develop a stronger connection between mind and body using a system that came to her while healing from cancer. As a life coach and speaker, she draws on over 20 years of experience teaching yoga, breath work, meditation, and Ayurvedic cooking. Jane is the founder of The Unwinding Compass, a research-based system for clearing mental clutter, relieving tension from the body, counteracting stress, and discovering what matters most to you.

Class instructors, Bethel Elledge and Jacob Gerber are long-time friends and bonsai enthusiasts. They were inspired by the art of bonsai early in their friendship. After self-educating with books and the internet, they found a mentor named Raymond Hernandez at Bent Tree Bonsai.
Mr. Hernandez taught them about digging up wild trees, propagation, caring for various tree species, and sharing the love of bonsai. Their bond grew stronger as they learned through conventions and cookouts. Despite Mr. Hernandez’s passing, they continue to honor his memory by sharing his knowledge with others. Join Bethel & Jacob during this class, full of laughter and joy, where they will pass down Mr. Hernandez’s wisdom and celebrate the art of bonsai.
