The CRAZY WATER HOTEL
Originally built in 1927 and renovated in 2021, the historic Crazy Water Hotel delivers a quintessential Mineral Wells experience. HISTORIC MINERAL WELLS POST OFFICE
Located in Mineral Wells, the Old Post Office is a captivating venue that currently serves as the residence of the Mineral Wells Women’s Club. Originally constructed in 1913 as the town’s post office, this stunning building boasts a grand entrance, preserved original wood floors, and nostalgic old post office teller windows. As you step into this historic space, you can easily transport yourself back in time, imagining the townspeople eagerly collecting and sending their mail during the early days. With its charming features, the Old Post Office is an ideal setting for hosting an intimate Mineral Wells wedding.
In Mineral Wells’ heyday, this post office was bustling with people. Among them was Judy Garland who visited in 1942 as part of a campaign for Defense Stamps. Until it was deeded to the city in 1959, this building continued to serve as a mail facility for the community.
